Job Responsibilities:

 

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of an enterprise-scale Azure cloud platform aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) principles for the Judicial Branch of Arizona. The Enterprise Architect will provide architectural leadership across cloud domains, including landing zone design, governance, security, networking, DevOps, and resilience. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing Azure infrastructure (VMs, App Services, Storage, SQL), establishing identity and access management using Azure AD and RBAC, enforcing security and compliance through policies and encryption, and implementing monitoring and optimization strategies.
