Your mission

• Responsibility for managing the engineering of one car and driver at all events in international racing


• Prepare and deliver a performance plan for each race and test event


• Extract the maximum performance from the car and driver at each event


• Share information and proactively promote the development of the Engineering Workgroup


• Report to the Program Manager and as well as to the Engineering Group


• Manage the daily engineering operations on his car including those of his car-crew in conjunction with the Crew Chief


• Work independently and within a team group to define and deliver performance projects for races and tests events


• Collaborate with and/or lead Engineering Workgroups dedicated to development of soft-tools (eg. simulation and strategy tools) and hard-tools (eg. pit-equipment optimization, driver simulator) for improving performance of car and team (transversally acros...
