Summary
To provide critical administrative and operational support to the Trade Compliance Specialist. This role focuses on accelerating the trade permit lifecycle by compiling records, auditing documentation, and managing regulatory data entries.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Permit Data & Document Gathering: Follow up with Procurement and Project Management teams to collect invoices, datasheets, and item photographs for regulatory applications.
- Pre-Audit Trade Invoices: Verify supplier invoices for mandatory fields (shipper details, PO numbers, functional descriptions, weights, and Country of Origin).
- Regulatory System Support: Draft entries and track statuses for import permit workflows (e.g., e-Permit/MITI) to minimize delays.
- System Data Maintenance (SAP GTS): Monitor tracking systems for restricted parts and process synchronization routines (e.g., ZMATPU...
