As an Operations Engineering Associate at Celestica, you are responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. A primary focus of this role is managing the Engineering Change (EC) process, ensuring seamless implementation of changes from both customers and internal teams.
Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

Engineering Change (EC) Management
Change Analysis: Analyze customer change requests from Matrix ECs to determine site impact.

Disposition and Monitoring: Decide the disposition for released ECs and monitor system updates for HALB (semi-finished) and FERT (finished) items.
