0731 - Legal Counsel (Construction / Up to $15k)

Role: Legal Counsel

Work Location: Changi site office
Working days: 5 days 8am to 5pm
Salary: $12k to $15k (depends on experience)

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house (preferably in the construction industry)
• Deep knowledge and understanding of construction laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks in Singapore

• Ensure the legal integrity of contracts to protect the company's interests and prevent potential legal issues.
• Advise on the appropriate legal structures for project entities (e.g., joint ventures, SPVs) and ensure their compliance with local and international laws.
