**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Safely perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling
+ Support plant operations by assisting with equipment checks and basic maintenance activities
+ Monitor work areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient production conditions
+ Follow standard operating procedures and communicate issues promptly
+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
