Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mon‑Fri: 7:30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
• Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays: service not required

• Bachelor of Arts / Science in Psychology / Counselling
• At least 2 years of experience working with children ages between 6 to 12

• First responding:
  • Responds to call for help from teachers to remove student and bring the student to pull‑out location
  • Provides triaging and basic counselling for students who flare up
  • Contact parents to provide first updates
  • Provides input to SC, SENO, DM, SDT for follow‑up
