1. Interim Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Operations

Project description This project aims to address long-standing business process and technical debt in the Netherlands by moving away from end-of-life SAP and Navision towards a Microsoft Dynamics platform and thereby streamline, simplify and deduplicate operational processes and tools. The project will be executed by stepwise introducing D365 modules for sales and operations in the first phase, followed by replacement of the finance backend. The project started in Q2 2026 and will continue into 2027. The emphasis is on identifying and prioritizing the most critical business pain points and technical inefficiencies, with the goal of delivering tangible improvements in the short term, while maintaining flexibility for future changes. The D365 platform will be setup adhering to standard, avoiding customization, and striving for reusability across other countries in the organisation.
