Job Description
Key Responsibilities Customer Support Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in channels
Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Operations and Administration Process customer requests, applications, and documentation
Ensure proper recording and updating of customer information in systems
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure
Service Quality Maintain high service standards and meet response time KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams
Coordination Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer requests Support team operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
