The 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately bending and shaping metal components according to precise specifications. Working Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., this position ensures production goals are met by operating press brake machinery safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality and adherence to safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to detailed technical drawings and blueprints.
+ Set up press brake equipment, including selecting and installing appropriate tooling, dies, and fixtures for each job.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings to achieve precise dimensions, bend angles, and tolerances.
