ROLE OVERVIEW
This particular individual must have Beauty Spa working experience and may have worked in Hotels previously. If they are ex-cruise ship candidates, they must have worked locally as well, understand BEA Ethics, and their Guest Services Management need to be impeccable.
As Spa Manager & Centre Operations, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team, and uphold the highest standards across service delivery, client care, and facility management. You will work alongside the Front of House Manager, ensuring alignment between guest services, bookings, and overall centre operations. The Floor Manager will report to you, and you will be responsible for consolidating and delivering senior management reporting.
