Job Description
**Manufacturing Technician - Otay Mesa (SOUTH San Diego)**
**10 openings! 1st and 2nd shift available**
**$18- 20/hour, start ASAP**
**Hours:** **Monday -Friday**
**1** **st** **shift 5am-1:30pm**
**2** **nd** **shift 2:30pm-11pm**
**Pay:** **$18-$20/hour,** **_depending on experience_**
**Duration:** **Contract to Hire**
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
+ Produce quality sealing parts using metal and rubber components to meet customer demand
+ Follow protocols to reduce waste and scrap.
+ Read and interpret route sheets and blueprints to ensure process flow and quality parts.
+ Utilize the day-by-hour tracking system to effectively report production metrics.
+ Enter team data tracking using Infinity QS (SPC Standard Edition) or similar database.
+ Read specifications and inspect finished products for conformance to specifications.
+ Handle, apply, store, and dispose adhesives ...
