Job Summary

The Cooperative Training will provide structured training and exposure across various Construction functions and verticals, with a focus on key processes.

Major Responsibilities:

The Cooperative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leaders and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:

• Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.
• Cooperative Trainees will receive training and help prepare weekly and monthly reports, develop databases, and support various reporting tasks.
• Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
