NorthBay Solutions is looking for an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join their Managed Services team in Islamabad. This role provides 24x7 operational support for cloud-hosted environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security on AWS infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure support and expertise in monitoring tools and basic scripting skills. This position requires flexibility for shift work and is critical for maintaining service delivery across multiple clients.
