Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Education, the Speech Language Pathologist has overall responsibility for planning and coordinating speech language services, documenting and reporting, and providing direct services to our students. The Speech Language Pathologist works collaboratively as part of the Board’s Multi-Disciplinary Team to support students’ learning, well‑being, and academic success. The position has system-level responsibilities and interacts with all school system staff, provincial and municipal agencies, and personnel of other school boards.
