Position: School Psychologist I
Department: Educational Support Services
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Location: Bathurst, Dalhousie & Campbellton Area Schools
Reports to: Director of Education Support Services
Description: The ESS team provides integrated assessment and intervention services to children, youth, and families with multiple needs identified within the School District. The five core areas of development are health and wellness, emotional and behavioral functioning, family relationships, educational development, and mental health. This service is based on an Integrated Service Delivery framework that includes School Psychologists, School Social Workers, School Counselling, and Education Support Teachers – Resource, all of whom report to the Director of Education Support Services.
