Lakeridge Health is offering a recruitment incentive for both experienced and newly graduated Respiratory Therapists. Candidates with more than two (2) years of experience may be eligible for a $10,000 incentive for Permanent Full-Time positions or $5,000 for Permanent Part-Time positions. Newly graduated Respiratory Therapists with less than two (2) years of experience may be eligible for a $5,000 incentive for Permanent Full-Time positions or $2,500 for Permanent Part-Time positions. Additional terms and conditions may apply. This incentive is available for a limited time up to October 31, 2026.
