Job Description

We are looking to bring in a hands-on Lean Six Sigma Consultant to support a series of process improvement initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll be working closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement activity, and deliver measurable outcomes.
📍 Location: One of these locations as suits - Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

Leading DMAIC-based improvement activity across key processes
Facilitating workshops and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders
Conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues
Mapping current and future state processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
Identifying waste and inefficiencies across operations
Using data to produce insight-driven recommendations
