Job Description

Overview

A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook.

What will I be doing?

  • Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
  • Set up the ordered for sales points
  • Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen
  • Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of his superior
  • Store and check the validity of food
  • Assist other departments whenever necessary
  • In shift changes transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information
  • Perform such other duties assigned by the supervisor
