About the Role
- 2ic Foreman role on a $1mil Commercial office in Fawkner
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Assist the head Site Manager
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Drive programme and manage site sequencing
- Maintain high standards of quality control
- Enforce and uphold OH&S compliance
- Lead site meetings and communicate progress to the project team
- Foster a positive and productive site culture
Your background
- Foreman/leading hand/Junior Site manager experience
- Will look at Industrial/ commercial/ Fitout backgrounds
- Trade qualified
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record delivering projects for a head contractor is a must
- Demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, site supervision and an understanding of safety systems
