Job Description
**Job Title: General Production Worker / Machine Operator (2nd Shift)**
**Job Description**
This role supports the manufacturing of diamond blades and core bits used in construction, stone, and mining applications. You will operate production machinery, perform general production tasks, and rotate across multiple departments such as dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, and laser operations. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment. The role is primarily on 2nd shift with required initial training on 1st shift and overtime as needed.

+ Operate production and laser welding machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
+ Train on 1st shift for 1–2 months, then work 2nd shift (4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.) with overtime as needed.
