Job Description

This highly regarded international law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer to join its innovative Helix team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced solicitor to work in new and modern ways, with a strong focus on commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing work.
The role will involve supporting a dedicated client and delivering a broad range of commercial legal services, including:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, technology agreements, supplier arrangements, and outsourcing documents
Advising on IP, data, and operational issues arising from the client’s business activities
Working closely with the client’s in‑house legal function as part of a single‑client service model
Assisting with development of contract templates, best‑practice materials, and legal process improvements
