Key Responsibility Areas
- Co-ordinates processes associated with the preparation and management of contract documents/ terms and conditions
- Applies professional architectural principles to research, co-ordinate, organize and prepare designs for built interventions with complex variables.
- Co-ordinates and controls specific processes associated with the scoping, implementation, monitoring and communication phase of Architectural projects
- Interacts internally and externally disseminating technical information on current and communicated supporting the accomplishment of establishment outcomes
- Guides and mentors technical personal and/ or attend to specific requirements in respect of submissions and applications.
