About the Role

Are you passionate about making tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, and engraving machines? Do you love creating, inspiring others, and connecting with the local maker community? We’re looking for a Maker Tools Specialist & Ambassador Program Manager to bring our in-store maker experience to life and help grow a creative community both in and outside of our store.

In this role, you’ll operate and maintain our maker equipment, create in-store projects that showcase what’s possible, and help customers discover and purchase the tools that fit their needs. You’ll also manage our Ambassador Program—a group of enthusiastic customers who are part of our rewards program. They teach, demo, or simply share their passion with fellow customers.
