3P Transportation Carrier Manager, 3P Commercial Carriers (Xico)

Overview

The 3P Carrier Transportation team is looking for an experienced Program Manager III with experience in online, e-commerce logistics or fulfillment. You will be responsible for design, drive and execute 3PC Transportation Strategy for External Fulfillment (Sellers and Vendors). In addition, this position is responsible for Carrier Management for several carriers, including but not limited to negotiations, operational management, planning and configurations.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Define bold strategies with a high impact to deliver the best performance, speed and cost for External Fulfillment logistic services.
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives.
• Set scalable mechanism and process for 3P carrier management across WW operation.
• Accountable for E2E logistic solutions for External Fulfillment program.
• Benchmark to have the best process and services for internal and external customers.
