Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop 3PL partners and expand the number of partners and riders based on delivery demand in each city.
- Enhance partners' operational capabilities through training and communication to ensure better understanding of our company policies and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
- Ensure 100% compliance of 3PL partners and their riders with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to optimize processes and tools used by 3PL partners.
- Work with the strategy team to design and manage incentive and penalty programs for 3PL partners, aiming to achieve business objectives such as hiring targets and improved user experience.
- Take ownership of assigned partners and regions to achieve goals related to rider recruitment, operations, management, and user satisfaction.
