Overview
TEKsystems is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Frankfort, KY. This team operates a 24/7/365 help desk providing critical IT support. This
role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced environments, problem-solving, and supporting mission-driven public safety organizations.
Schedule & Training

+ Shift: Overnight Shift (24/7 environment)

+ Training Period: First 4 weeks will train Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

+ Shift Flexibility:

+ Occasional temporary schedule changes may occur to ensure coverage

+ Changes are coordinated in advance

+ Future permanent shift openings are filled based on seniority


Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as the first point of contact for incoming help desk calls

+ Create and document tickets for all incidents and service requests

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

+ Desktops and laptops
