We need a Zoho Expert who has gone deep, not just CRM but across the full Zoho One suite. You will configure, customize, and support Zoho implementations for clients and internally.
Job Description
What You Must Have
- Minimum 3 years hands-on Zoho experience
- Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Marketing Automation
- Experience setting up pipelines, automations, and custom modules in Zoho CRM
- Zoho Books: invoicing, reconciliation, and client account management
- Zoho Creator: built at least one custom app
