Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Lead the management of programmes, including programme quality improvement, pre- and post-award administration to support clinicians onboard the programmme and management reporting
- Curate and maintain online content on the company websites, showcasing their achievements, and professional profiles to enhance visibility and recognition of clinician scientists and innovators
- Function as secretariat for joint strategic committees
- Support planning and coordination for talent trajectory development
- Partake in intra- and inter-departmental projects as and when required
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Science
- Prior research coordination experience will be advantageous
