Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimisation of GPCR functional assays, including reporter‑based systems (e.g., luciferase, cAMP, calcium, β‑arrestin readouts) suitable for medium‑ to high‑throughput screening.
• Develop new reporter systems for additional functional or phenotypic endpoints beyond GPCR signalling.
• Design, generate, and validate stable or transient mammalian reporter cell lines, including construct design, molecular cloning, and cell line engineering.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., chemistry, computational biology, screening teams) to support compound evaluation and mechanistic studies.
• Analyse and interpret experimental data, including dose‑response relationships, assay performance metrics, and screening outputs.
• Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and publications, and maintain rigorous documentation of experimental workflows.
