Position Details
TITLE: 6-12 Science Teacher (DX Preferred)

REPORTS TO: Building Administrator

JOB FUNCTION: The Teacher shall serve as the educational leader in his/her classroom.

DISTRICT DESCRIPTION: The District has approximately 500 students and is located in Southern Michigan. We are located at or near the County boundaries for Calhoun, Eaton, and Barry Counties. Bellevue is rich in history and holds great pride in its community and schools—small town with a BIG heart to do what is best for kids.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials facilitating active learning.

Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests that are in accordance with the district-provided curriculum. Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
