• Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing)
• Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA)
• Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
• Familiar with Welding, Heat treatment, Surface finishing / plating, Chemical processing, Painting & coating, Brazing
• Non-destructive testing (NDT), Composite bonding, Cleanroom manufacturing and Sterilization
