Salary : $3500 - $4300

• Lead the setting up of new centres, overseeing all aspects of operational planning, logistics, and staffing to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
• Support develop SOP for setting up new centre with the goal of using these guidelines for future franchise training and expansion.
• Provide on-site support during centre opening and initial operations to ensure smooth rollout.
• Support the implementation and daily running of centre programmes.
• Conduct training and on-site guidance for franchisees and centre staff on programme delivery and operational procedures.
