Job Description

            Architectural Drafter  Working Days:  Monday - Friday 
Working Time:  9am to 6pm 
Working Location:  Toa Payoh 
Salary:  $ 2300 - $ 2500 
 Key Responsibilities  Proficient in AutoCAD 
Able to read and interpret architectural and structural as-built plans 
Basic knowledge in CP83 and able to prepare submission drawings including plans, sections and elevations 
Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA 
Past experience in preparing tender drawings, detail drawing is a plus 
Basic knowledge in M&E system, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV) are welcome 
 Requirements  Minimum ITE
