7Pines Resort Sardinia-Sommelier

For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Sommelier.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience in the role in 5-star hotels and/or Gourmet Restaurants
- Strong predisposition for upselling
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
- Passion for the job and goal orientation
- Strong food/wine pairing skills (training in food/cocktails pairing is considered a PLUS)

-Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to Guests;

-Ensure that hygienic and sanitary standards as per regulations are met.

Requirements:

• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships


• Knowledge of the English lenguage


• Previous experience in luxury hotels
