DV Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven Behavior Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll work closely with children with special needs, implementing ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and Program Manager. Responsibilities

• Implement skill-building programs and behavior intervention plans
• Work directly with children to promote communication, adaptive behaviors, and skill acquisition
• Collect and record data to assess treatment effectiveness
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent care
• Assist with creating therapy materials and session stimuli
