Academic Coordinator

American Lycetuff DNK School System is seeking a highly organized and experienced Academic Coordinator to support and enhance academic excellence across the campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum implementation, teacher support, academic monitoring, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support the effective implementation of the curriculum across all assigned grades.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Assist in lesson planning, academic scheduling, and assessment management.
Analyze student performance data and recommend strategies for academic improvement.
Coordinate teacher training sessions and professional development activities.
Ensure timely completion of syllabi and adherence to academic calendars.
