Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in a highly regulated and public organization. Your work will include coordinating access requests and supporting comprehensive privacy risk management efforts. You will engage with various departments to ensure development and application of strong access and privacy protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare responses to FIPPA and PHIA access requests
• Manage and resolve privacy complaints lodged with the Ombudsman
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and related compliance monitoring
• Draft policies to govern access and privacy issues
• Guide HR on consistent application of information handling practices
