Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Accessories Engineer to support the startup and operation of a new MRO site, with primary responsibility for the Accessories area. This role requires a professional with strong knowledge of GE Aerospace processes and hands‑on experience across maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations involving Gearboxes, Electrical QEC, LRUs, and External Parts Inspection and Repair. The successful candidate will provide technical and operational support for shop processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives using FLIGHT DECK methodology and tools, and help implement new processes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
