Our client is a well-established Logistics MNC that is a strong player in its industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an Account Assistant to join their team in Klang.
The New Role
- Ensure timely preparation of financial reports/statements and examination of monthly accounts for submission to the Management with a tight deadline.
- Prepare journal entries with appropriate and complete supporting documentation and complete monthly closing procedures.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules according to monthly reporting deliverables and analysing, correcting discrepancies/variances.
- Manage and ensure completeness of intercompany transactions between all subsidiaries.
- Assist on the preparation and updates of monthly/quarterly forecast and budget.
