Account Coordinator

What You’ll Do
As an Account Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:
Client Service
- Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients.
- Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless.
- Resolve or elevate client issues quickly and without fallout.
- Maintain regular communication with all accounts and support on meetings, business reviews & reporting where appropriate.
- Develop knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and our clients.
