This role will have a specific account portfolio that they will support and will assist with answering phone calls, emails, checking orders, and updating these accounts.
This role will be mostly computer and back office support work - will be taking 1-10 calls per day.
Looking for candidates with strong soft skills and customer first mentality - ownership, accountability, strong communication skills.
Daily Duties:
Primary contact for the customer and provide timely information to them.
Deploy a pro-active approach with our customers via email, phone, and some customer portal updating to assist them in their inquiries.
Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with our Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and your Customer Service colleagues as needed.
Have proficiency using our ERP/CRM/Pricing systems, internal information portals, EDI process report reviews (working with our EDI IT), a...
