Account Cum Admin Assist Executive

You will support the Chief Financial Controller / Training department by managing day-to-day accounts and finance tasks to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

• Manage the full set of accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare GST documentation for submission by the Chief Financial Controller
• Match purchase orders with suppliers’ invoices daily to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on unreconciled items to resolve discrepancies
