Job Description
Office Location: Kaki Bukit Area Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) Salary: $1,800 - $2,500 (Depending on experience) Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Communication: Handle and reply to emails Language: English and Mandarin Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting principles Prepare invoices and payment vouchers Perform bank reconciliations Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Responsible for payroll processing Maintain daily accounting records and GST documentation Software: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) familiarity with Xero accounting software is an advantage.
