 As an Account Director in Account Management department, you’ll have the chance to focus on the following: 
 People Management
 Creating and maintaining operational excellence in the day-to-day workflow of the Account Management team including training and support with daily tasks 
 Establishing clear expectations of the role and responsibilities for Account Managers and/or any direct reports
 Act as the escalation point with internal team challenges with the Group Account Director or appropriate stakeholders.
