Position: Account Executive/ Finance Executive

Salary Up To RM5000

Job Descriptions:

• Undertake any and all duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements, general ledger and accounts including P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation function. In case of discrepancy, investigate and make necessary adjustments
• Liaise closely with Operations team on cash collection related issues and problems, to minimize cash shortages and losses
• Ensure all documents are recorded and files timely and adequately.
• Cash flow management, monitoring bank balance, petty cash claims, and bank reconciliation.
• Managing banking facilities.
• Good interaction skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
