About The Role

Account Executives at Shopify own merchant growth. You find, win, and launch merchants onto the platform, then set them up to succeed. This posting spans every segment, from SMB through Mid‑Market, Large, and Enterprise, and covers both direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) and retail selling. You own the merchant relationship from first contact through to a live, transacting merchant, creating value for merchants in a way that creates value for Shopify across both new acquisition and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate your own pipeline. Self‑source and run consistent outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn to open new merchant conversations.
