Account Executive | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

We're looking for an Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain
• Hybrid work model
• Permanent contract
• No relocation support (candidates must already reside in Spain)

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 15:00
• Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
• Uncapped commission plan
• Monthly target commission of €600
• Performance multipliers:
  • 80% target = 1.3x
  • 100% target = 2x
