Account Executive – Nordic Market (Barcelona)

Role Overview

We are looking for Nordic‑speaking Account Executives / Sales Development Representatives to join a fast‑growing digital advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly targets and meet daily/weekly KPIs (outreach & meetings booked)
• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients and identify high‑potential advertisers
• Conduct outbound calls and emails (cold outreach) to decision‑makers
• Qualify prospects by understanding business needs and marketing challenges
• Present the value of digital advertising solutions and generate interest
• Collaborate with Partner Managers for smooth handovers
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Contribute to pipeline growth and overall team performance
