Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Account Executive to own new business across our Canadian market. You will be our dedicated closer—owning pipeline generation, deal advancement, and contract close. You will report jointly to the COO and VP of Sales.
This is a relationship-led role, in-market in Toronto. We sell to Toronto-headquartered enterprises in financial services, insurance, and telecom—and our motion is built on showing up: client lunches, Databricks Toronto user groups, partner co-sell coffees, Bay Street meetings. The role is not a remote outbound seat. You should expect to be in front of clients and partners in person, regularly. Where and when you do desk work is your call.
This is a hunter role with uncapped commission. Top performers clear $200K+. If you're a mid-market closer who wants the upside of a real commission structure and the autonomy of a small-team environment, this is for you.
